Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before ordering. They define how we work together.
Effective date: September 2025
1) Service
GradiaLine provides done-for-you support for school projects and presentations. Typical deliverables are a structured PDF and a slide deck based on the materials you provide (photos, PDFs, teacher rubric, notes).
2) Ordering & payment
- All orders are 100% upfront via Stripe (credit/debit card). We don’t store card data.
- Packages: Standard (72h), Express (48h), Urgent (24h).
- Add-ons (optional): editable files (DOCX/PPTX) +$25; bilingual EN↔ES +$25; extra revision +$15.
3) Turnaround & delivery
- Turnaround is counted from payment and receipt of usable materials/instructions.
- Delivery is by email to the address provided at checkout or in the upload form.
- Business hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm ET. Orders placed late Friday may deliver on Monday; we’ll confirm timing by email.
4) Revisions
- Each package includes 1 minor revision (small text/format tweaks or a few slide adjustments).
- Minor revision must be requested within 48–72h of delivery.
- Rewrites or major scope changes are not included and may require a new order.
5) Refunds
- Full refund only if we fail to deliver by the promised date for your package.
- Once any deliverable (document or slides) is sent, no refunds.
6) Your responsibilities
- Provide clear, lawful materials and instructions (rubrics, deadlines, notes, photos/PDFs).
- Ensure your use of our work complies with your school’s academic policies. You are responsible for how you submit or present the delivered materials.
- Confirm names, dates, and other details; we are not liable for errors in information supplied by you.
7) Files & retention
- Uploads are used only to complete your order.
- Project files are typically retained up to 90 days for support, then deleted or anonymized.
8) Intellectual property
- You warrant you have rights to any content you upload.
- Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for your project/presentation. Our templates, internal methods, and tools remain our property.
9) Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, or infringing content. No uploads of IDs or sensitive data not required by the assignment.
- We may refuse or cancel an order that violates these terms (with refund if no work was delivered).
10) Limits of liability
- Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
- We do not guarantee grades, academic outcomes, or acceptance by any institution.
11) Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data and payments (Stripe).
12) Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when updates are posted.

14) Governing law
These terms are governed by U.S. law. If a specific state law applies to your order, it will be indicated on your receipt or correspondence.
15) Academic Integrity & Minors — Disclaimer
- Academic integrity: Use our deliverables in line with your school’s policies on originality, collaboration, and citations. We can structure/format content and references, but you are responsible for final submission and any required sources or attributions.
- No grade guarantees: We don’t guarantee grades or outcomes.
- Minors & consent: Our service is intended for parents/guardians and students with appropriate consent. Do not upload personal IDs or sensitive data not required by the assignment.
- Not affiliated: We are not affiliated with any school or district.
