• Payment info (handled by Stripe; we don’t store card numbers).
• Technical data (IP, browser, basic analytics/cookies for site performance).

• To deliver the service (draft, revise, and send your documents/slides).
• To communicate about your order (status, clarifications, delivery).
• To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
• To improve site reliability and support (analytics, security logs).

Payments (Stripe)

We use Stripe for secure card payments. Your card data is sent directly to Stripe and is processed under Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. We receive payment confirmations and related billing metadata, not your full card details.

File uploads

Uploads (photos, PDFs, notes) are used solely to complete your project. Do not upload personal IDs or sensitive data not required by the assignment. We may temporarily store files to process your order and deliver the final work.

Data retention

• Project files: typically kept for up to 90 days after delivery for support, then deleted or anonymized.
• Order emails: retained as business records.
• Backups/logs: kept for a limited period for security and continuity.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the site (hosting, email, payments). Providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Your choices & rights

• Access, update, or delete your information (subject to legal/business needs).
• Request deletion of project files after delivery by emailing info@gradialine.com.
• Opt out of non-essential emails.

Security

We use SSL (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable vendors (e.g., Stripe). No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children’s privacy

Our service is directed to parents/guardians and students with appropriate consent. If you believe a child provided personal data without permission, contact us to remove it.
