Minor revision = small changes to polish the file. It is not a full rewrite.

Payment is 100% upfront. Full refund only if we fail to deliver by the promised date. Once any deliverable (document or slides) is sent, no refunds. Add-ons follow the same policy.

We operate Mon–Fri (9am–6pm ET). Urgent orders placed late Friday may deliver on Monday; we’ll confirm timing by email.

We organize and format your project and slides, but you are responsible for using them according to your school’s policies (originality, collaboration, citations). Parent/guardian consent may be required for minors. We don’t guarantee grades and aren’t affiliated with any school/district.
